My aunties on the father side are somewhat not really blessed to have the perfect bod. I don’t know. Maybe it’s on their lifestyles? They are fat but thank God for smooth and white skin. I don’t have any idea why they are not taking fat burner pills. I’ve heard it’s more effective than those slimming teas they’re drinking. And I guess they should have discipline, too, in terms of dieting. Mind you, they eat hardcore! LOL. Like really, they don’t want to stop. It’s good, yes, but too much can be spoiling right? I wish they limit themselves to that kind of habit or else they’ll regret it.
Bring On The Bread. Carbs are not the enemy. To stay on the good side of carbohydrates, banish those crackers, cookies, and pastries, and stick to good ol’ plain bread. Two slices of bread or a dinner roll contain only 1.5 grams of fat, while those cookies you munch on to pass the time can have as much as 13 grams of fat.
