LOL. This is just a wild guess and I’m not sure if this will work to everyone who will try (if there would be any). Haha.
- Exercise.
- Diet.
- Self-control in everything.
- Avoid stress.
- Anything with irvingia gabonensis.
- Tea.
- A lover? Just kidding.
