This Couldn’t Be True

Few months ago, I found out that there are some foods, mind you those are our all-time favorites, that cause high blood pressure or cancer, if eaten regularly.
First one is the lover’s favorite and maybe your pick, too- french fries! Yup, believe it or not it’s one of the top contributors of hypertension because it’s being fried in high heat. Foods that are being cooked that way said to be unsafe but what can we do? Fries are one of the best!
I am in denial about this part. Donuts, too, can cause high blood. Oh no, those are really my favorite- Dunkin Donuts. But then again, they are fried in high heat like fries. Reminds me not to eat much often. I will try but I’m not that sure. Donuts are pure heaven!
We all love hot dog. But because it is processed meat and undergoes many procedures and contains much of sodium chloride (NaCl) AKA salt, it can cause cancer if eaten everyday. I guess I have to moderate my hot dog intake or I will regret it.
But can we really survive without having a dose of that foods? Guess not. Now I can truly say, forbidden things are delicious (FOR FOOD!).

TRF I love watching cooking shows on TV but I barely know how to cook hardcore cuisines. I know how to cook rice, to fry (but please not fish!) and some basic Filipino dishes.
