CCTV @ School?

One of the famous universities in the Philippines, according to my church friends, has security cameras inside their classrooms. I do not know if I’ll be impressed with that or make my WTF face. Seriously, why? I may not know their reasons yet but I think it’s not so much proper. Or at least in my opinion. How about some privacy, yeah? Oh well, maybe that school doesn’t value privacy that much. I just think it is too much. What do you think?
