Change is Constant

People change either for two reasons.

  1. They learned enough that they want to change.
  2. They have been hurt enough that they have to change.

I choose the second. Don’t ask. I changed my Twitter user name. Bye dressydoll! It’s time for a brand new start and life insurance leads. Go and find me if you can. :)

very true. some people can be so ridiculously foolish!! i don’t get it! how can anyone be such a fruity like that?

i had to watch alice! i couldn’t resist! i had never heard of such a great movie idea before! :D so i had to see it right away!

you got a new twitter? tell me what it is!! i must know!! :D

  1. People must change because of an eternal promise.

1 Cor 2:9 But as it is written, Eye hath not seen, nor ear heard, neither have entered into the heart of man, the things which God hath prepared for them that love him.

But you change for a better tweet, it’s a good one to start.

  2. in my organizational development class, my prof tells us a hundred times that–> nothing is constant but change.. lol and he relates it to business.. haha change really happens to all of us and not just in companies.. :-(

you’ve got a new twitter?? mine is still the same.. its still leeeshey

  3. I feel like I changed but I didn’t. Hmmm okay maybe a little. But I improved myself. And yes, I would choose the #2 as well. :)

I found you *hidden for security purposes*! :D

True, true. Change is constant. People change for various reasons which I think is okay because being stuck in one place or doing one thing your whole life is boring and sad.

I wonder what you are talking about exactly. :|

  4. Change for the better. Eventhough you’ve been hurt.. :)

  5. I’m #2 as well, but I don’t tihnk I’ve been hurt enough, I think I’ve allowed myself to feel hurt enough to want to change.

Change is good, slowly I’m learning that.

Hey! Like the site. Dance Hall Drug is such a great song!

Sorry about what ever has happened. Sometimes it is necessary to change. It’s the ability to adapt with change that makes people stronger. Its’ both good and bad. Thinking, it would make a good premade layout title. lol.

  6. Hey! :)

I will get back to all the comments I get someway – either returning them on my own website or on the commenters.

I would try that, but I never really carry my planner with me or something like that. I just hope I will remember it again – sometime. xD

In the very beginning I got bored quite easily too but now that I am following like 500+ people it’s never boring. xD

I’d actually chose the first one if I had the chance to chose.. I don’t want to be hurt that much that I want to change myself.. I want to change becasue I learned enough and stuff. :)

  7. Most of the time I’m the first option; I do that on most of my accounts as well.

  8. That’s actually really true a lot of the time. I don’t really know if I’ve changed that much. Actually I can tell I changed a little, but there like minor things.

  9. Haha true, art is all about the mess …
I’m not sure which one I agree with, I guess depends on the situation youre in !

I’m sorry that you have to choose the second, but if it helps you to change because of getting hurt then the best luck to you! It better to be able to accept change than stay and get hurt. Personally, in my life right now I choose the first, because for the last couple weeks I have been screwing up with stuff and I know that it’s time to get back on track.

I think people go through both reasons of changes, but probably one made more impact than the other. There’s also the argument that “people don’t change”. I’d like to think that people can though =)

  10. Hehe, yeah these two are definitely freaking hot! ;)

Jensen as a whole package is freaking perfect. xD

You would’ve recognized his perfect body by the end of season 2 when he has this naked scene with Anna Paquin. ;)

I am not even sure if I followed you in the first place.. but I did unfollow some people a few days ago maybe I unfollowed you by accident. But feel free to follow me again – my Twitter is on my about me. :)

  11. I choose number 2 too, Change is really constant, I agree.
I haven’t tweeted for a while, aaah I miss it.

Most time i got hurt i start saying this time i am going to change, but is depends actually about the situation.
Btw, i move my site from doll-pink-blogspot.com to dulcefresa.com ^^ i added to u to my twitter if u dont mind? :)

  12. I defitely change the most because of the second one. I am working towards changing right now. :(

  13. LMAO, probably. I have a lot of people who “want to be me” for some reason. I don’t understand why though lmao. It was in fact a he. :P Surprisingly domain names can be sort of stolen, or at least copied to some extent.

Breaking Benjamin are the best though so I forgive you. :P

People always change, whether they notice it or not. My friend always used to say “OMG YOU’VE CHANGED” but I didn’t think I had, but now I see what he means. I did change, for the better in my opinion.

I think both statements are true, people change for both reasons sometimes.

I already found you on Twitter… well we’re following each other so it wasn’t hard haha.

  14. I realised your username changed when I hopped on Twitter, saw the new one in a recent tweet of yours, and noticed that you changed it!

I heard a quote that: change is to give up who we are, to become what we could be. But therein lies the question – what were we before?

To be honest I see things the same way and I think that sometimes we are hurt so much that we need to change, because part of us isn’t a good person. I don’t think one can ever learn enough to want to change. We think we learn enough sometimes, but we don’t. There’s too much out there to learn.

  15. Dear I hope you’re okay!! Am not sure if I added your latest twitter yet, I’ll go check! *hugz* Yes, I agree dear, I’ve done both already and something really has to push us before we change right? Sometimes it’s like that >:D<

  16. I will follow you on Twitter… But what’s your username? Haha.

Change is good. I’ve changed three times in my life – last year I wanted to be a wannabe plastic and meanie who picked on people… The popular people but this year I’ve changed … I’ve relizied that there’s more to life than wanting to be popular and picking on people isn’t really my thing.

I agree with both your statements. Yeah, i’ve been through a lot, comes with age I guess, and I know i’ve changed a lot… for the better, even. Thankfully I easily found what your new username is, YAY :) I’m happy we’re still keeping in touch with each other, April!

  17. HEYYYY BABY! hehe. i just like that word. Baby.
these days I’m number 1. hehehe. :3 Change is great, but it’s scary sometimes. Yes I’m scurdy like that -_-

  18. I think that some people change because they have seen what they have become. And they want to regain the friends that have been lost, and go back into their original mind…
And then some people change for the wrong reasons…
    :/

I never got into twitter, i guess a fail on my part lmao

and mhm i think people also change because they mature/grow up. like they just realize whats wrong but instinct? and how did you change?

    • pam
    • March 29th, 2010 7:31pm

both reasons are true. :) waah. i dont know if i follow you on twitter. lol.

    • abby
    • March 30th, 2010 5:01am

i think i land on both but they’re both true statements..

  19. LMAO, that would be so cool. Every time someone tries to look at your source code, they get a virus. How amazing would that be?!

Surprisingly, most of people who say stuff like that are about 16/17… they should realise this at their age… some people are just so ungrateful. *Sigh*

haha well theres no problem with that! It’s your opinion and your option to like him or not, my point about the blog was that I’m tired of hearing people complain about him and why hes on TT for so long lol. I have no problem with him at all, just a problem with all the complainers hehe
very true.. and I go with the 2nd as well. I was the type of person who let things slide even if something very hurtful was said, but now I take a stand for myself and speak my mind. Rude or not, it was a much needed change for me lol.
*starts looking for you on Twitter*

  20. Changes are inevitable and good sometimes.

I just really dislike some people who changes their Twitter username every week. I’ve no idea who is who in the end. :P

  21. I’ve changed because of both of those reasons myself. Change can’t be avoided.

  22. I’ll go for both.
Both of them are quite true for me.

  23. I agree with your choice of the second one. I changed a lot over the last few years and it has been because I was hurt.

In my opinion, though, change is constant and, most of the time, for the better.
