Dental Braces, Yes?

Most of my relatives are dying to have braces. They say if your teeth are not that pretty, you should have yourself one. I wonder how it works. Some say it hurts for the first time but if you’re already used to it, you’ll manage. Others have hard time when speaking, too. I know it’s pretty expensive. Or does it depend on the design? If I will get one, I will love to have invisalign San Diego braces. The power of being invisible is so nice! Or so I say. I just don’t know if it will be difficult to talk, too, using those kind of braces. I’ve heard it’s removable unlike usual braces. Is it true for those who have already tried it? The cheapest rate for that braces here in the Philippines is Php150, 000 or more or less $3000! What, very pricey! Oh well what should I expect! Maybe it varies from the dentist who will do the job? I don’t know. I think the very best thing to do is to take good care of our teeth, don’t you think?
I would say you have to get the usual braces, cause it’s a lot of fun changing colors every month. Hehee.. That was the best part about having braces. Also, it only hurts for a few days but after that, it feels normal again. good luck with having braces!!
My teeth aren’t that pretty so when I grow up, magpapa-braces ako. But I have to agree with Ate Kaye.. You should try the usual braces. It’s cheaper than the invisalign San Diego braces. And the usual braces are fun to wear.
I`m wearing braces right now and it doesn`t hurt anymore (well, I`ve had it for about two years or so). At first, it might hurt a little but only for about two to three days. After that, it`ll feel normal again. Like what the others who have commented said, I also like changing the colors every month. They`re pretty cute.
I’ve never wanted to get braces…though I do have a bit of an overbite. If I ever do get them, I would prefer the Invisalign too…but they’re just too expensive
I wonder if health insurance will cover it?
Aah, I’ve had braces before. They do hurt for the first week or so! It also hurts every time they’re tighten. I think it’s retainers that are hard to talk with because they cover the top of your mouth. Unfortunately, I think braces are expensive no matter where you get them done
;;
I’m having braces right now. It really hurts kung talagang first time mo pero you’ll get used to it.
I know some people who wears Invisalign.. like Toni Gonzaga and AJ Perez.
Ohhhh..Braces.. I wanna wear braces when I grow up.. I don’t know why.. Hehe.. but, yes, wearing the usual braces are more enjoyable, well, that’s what my TITO said. So, I think you should wear the usual ones. Plus, the invisalign San Diego braces are super expensive!
I’m getting braces soon too.
I’m pretty sure braces here are free if you are under 16 or if you’re in full time education? and you can chose your colours and they will probably look like this: http://mentalfloss.cachefly.net/blogs/wp-content/uploads/2009/08/braces.jpg
And I heard they hurt for like the first few days until you get used to them. But once you’re used to them you can’t really feel them.
Eep. I’ve never had the braces and I don’t have a reason to have one. So. Hahaha. I really don’t know what to say. But if I were to get braces, I’d have them rainbow colored.
I would love to have braces in the lower part of my teeth but unfortunately they cost a lot of money :\ I’d rather spend that much money on other more important stuff. Hehe.
I was really planning for a brace at the lower teeth part as I have badly spaced teeth in this area, but these are so costly and just can wait for another while since I have a lot of gastusin these days..
It’s really true that it hurts bigtime, especially whenever it’s adjusted. Im wearing braces now, but I pay it in installment like in for 3 years I think. so, for me, not really pricey. If ever na magppabrace ka, ask for installment para masaya =D
