Etude House Hauls

Etude House and The Face Shop
Uhm yeah, late post? :D Sorry. I just had the time now to blog about my first shopping experience at Etude House. For the clueless, it’s a makeup shop in Korea and brought here in the Philippines by some people with golden hearts. I can’t remember how much I’ve spent on this shopping spree anymore, but if you’re not lazy enough, you can dig in my tweets and find it there (which I think you will never do. Haha!).

Without further ado…

I headed first to the The Face Shop to try one of their lip products – Dual Lip Care Kit. It’s so effective on me. I like the results so far and it really made my lips softer and smoother after constant use. One of my top faves! ;) The smell’s so nice, too!

And now, to Etude House.

I got myself their best-selling mascara – Code B Proof 10 in Strong Black – which I really love! It makes my peepers stand out and it’s waterproof.

I also bought a lipstick. LUCIDarling Fantastic Rouge in PK004. My mates told me it looks good on me (because it’s pink and matches my skin tone perfectly) but I don’t really like this because the formula isn’t consistent enough. It leaves some unwanted traces on my lips but thanks to the lip balm I’m using and the lip care kit, I’ve managed to put it on mine nicely. Live preview of the lipstick on my Twitter profile picture. It’s the pink one.

I managed to buy some stuff as well which weren’t on my list anymore. 1.) Happy Teatime Lip&Eye Remover Waterproof Tissue. Lip and eye makeup remover tissue, to be clear. I like its scent and the overall effect! :D

2.) Etude House Lash Curler. This + the Code B mascara = gorgeous lashes! However, I’m thinking of disposing this soon because I want to give way to the famous Shu Uemura eye lash curler. I’ve heard it’s expensive (more than $20?) but whatever.

3.) Etude House Black Head Heating Scrub (because I’ve got blackheads, eew I know!). This won’t pass an acne treatment because obviously, it’s not for acne. LOL.

I also got this pink card (for discounts and for membership) and a mini BB cream in Precious Mineral for free because my purchase exceeded 1000 pesos or more than $25.

Again, I can’t remember the prices anymore and I’ve lost the receipt already. D:

  1. omg that’s so cool, i wanna buy stuffs from etude house too but right now im broke.. what do u think of the bb cream? i love bb cream, im using missha but im willing different bb cream.. do u like it? :D

    • I don’t use BB cream yet, Phoebe. But I’m willing to try. It’s so hard to find one rin kasi that will suit my skin type perfectly.

      • Why not try two different colors & blend them together, baka magmatch yung BB cream sa skin tone mo.

  2. Wow, that’s a lot of cosmetics sis! :D
Haha. Nakakaadik talaga magshopping paminsan. XD

  3. wow dame mo binili… yaman ah.. kakainggit…

ENVY! I tried their tester lipstick and was disappointed with the consistency din. :( Let me know what you think of the Black Head Heating Scrub & the BB cream ha? :D

I wish I could buy eyeliner, mascara & lipstick too just like you but I can’t get too girly. My guy friends/officemates would tease me. T^T
