Stupid Knees Aching

It’s not so new to me that I frequently suffer from aching knees every now and then because of two things: knees get tired of excessive walking AKA walkathon or I just wear a super high-heeled shoes. In this case, mom helps me to find a joint pain relief because I really can’t sleep well with aching knees. Good thing my mother is always there for me when my father isn’t available to massage the aching part.
