LOL. This is just a wild guess and I’m not sure if this will work to everyone who will try (if there would be any). Haha.

  1. Exercise.
  2. Diet.
  3. Self-control in everything.
  4. Avoid stress.
  5. Anything with irvingia gabonensis.
  6. Tea.
  7. A lover? Just kidding.

Again, it’s your choice to try or not but I won’t be liable to any results whatsoever. Maybe just do it?
